Serious educational gaming, a diversion from video games where students are winners?

There was a bit the same thing with the comic strip a few years ago: all of a sudden it found its letters of nobility, and we dared to integrate it into the pedagogy. What Laurent Tricart is talking about is gaming, and more particularly video gaming.

This former journalist is the director of innovation at Plaine Images, a site dedicated to the creative industries in Lille Metropole. A place where “Game all over”, an event dedicated to gamification, was held on April 12. Or, should we say in French, “ludification”: i. e. the use of the game, or the codes of the game, for purposes other than entertainment.

One of the aims of this third edition of Game All Over is education.
